| Description: | Responsible for managing and directing the sales/service/operations functions of the Mooresville Office; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed in conjunction with Retail banking; maximizing the performance and abilities of all associates while adhering to appropriate human resource policies and procedures; maintaining sound operational and audit compliance; compiling and providing appropriate periodic reports to assure appropriate managerial oversight of the Mooresville Office. |
| Qualifications: | A BS or BA degree preferred; specialized banking education and training. High energy level with the ability to highly motivate other associates. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, credit analysis, and sales skills; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services; a thorough knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures; Minimum three (3) years’ experience in related banking and/or sales management position normally required. |
