| Description: | Utilize business analysis and system skills to assist in preparation of the annual budget and the periodic review of profit plan to actual comparisons. Utilize finance background to perform critical review of business units to develop cost/benefit projections for expanding or enhancing business units. Support management at all levels with insightful financial analysis to help drive cost reductions or revenue increases. Create and manage utilization of databases and reporting tool (Tangent) to provide users throughout the organization a centralized financial information repository from which to extract information. Help perform detailed review of bank’s business units. Development of management reports via query and web based tools. Distribution of reports results via electronic means. Assist accounting group with gathering of data for external reporting to the SEC on form 10Q and 10K and the FDIC Call Report. |
| Duties: | 1. Gather, compile, prepare and distribute data and reports for budget preparation.
2. Run Stakeholder system.
3. Create and maintain databases for Tangent.
4. Create and distribute internal management reports.
5. Create ad hock management reports.
6. Support business analytical reviews.

| Qualifications: | Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate communicative skills; a working knowledge of banking functions relating to the finance function; knowledge of current bank regulations; visual and auditory skills; superior Excel skills, including the ability to utilize Excel for modeling, databases and queries; very proficient with Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Cognos or Impromptu preferred.
Experience: Three to five years’ related experience normally required.
